Located on a private gated development on a beautiful Mews road.

The area:
Supermarkets (Sainsburys and M&S) are within 10mins walk. Tennis courts and athletics ground of Paddington Recreation park are 2 mins away. Cafes/restaurants of Maida Vale and Little Venice are round the corner.
Short journey to UCL and Imperial college universities as well as St Mary's and UCLH hospitals.

Transport:
TUBE: Within 10 mins walk of Maida Vale (Bakerloo line) and Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City Line) stations. Queens Park (London Overground) is also within walking distance.

BUSES: Bus stops near the house provide easy links to Paddington, Euston, Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Victoria.

Sharing with a UCL science PhD student. This is a quiet non-smoking house. We are looking for a tidy and respectful person.
