We have a large en-suite room and one double room available at our house in Maida Vale. This is a quiet friendly house.

The house is located on a private gated Mews road and the rent includes bills.

Large fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, spacious living room with L shaped leather sofa and LCD TV. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

The area:
Supermarkets (Sainsburys and M&S) are within 10mins walk. Tennis courts and athletics ground of Paddington Recreation park 2 mins away.
Short journey to UCL and Imperial college universities as well as St Mary's and UCLH hospitals.

Transport:
TUBE: 10 mins walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo line), 5 mins walk to Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City Line) stations. Many bus routes including night buses a few moments away.

This is a clean quiet house. We are looking for tidy respectful individuals.
