We are lucky to live just across the road from a park where there is an athletics track, cricket and football pitches, ping pong table and tennis court. The park also holds a gym (they also do classes) which should hopefully soon be open again.

We also have a private garden at the back, perfect for having your coffee, BBQs and sunbathing - very handy during lockdown or future restrictions.
Additional storage room is available which is unusual for London flats.
6 min walk from Maida Vale Station, 2 min to busses going to centre of London and beyond.
Bike storage facilities.

We are respectful, clean and tidy. Would be great to find someone along the lines!
