Ensuite Double Room in Maida Vale

We are three professionals (working in finance, responsible investment and wine) looking for a new flatmate to join our flatshare. We are looking for someone friendly as whilst we all have our own lives, but like to cook and hang out in the living room when we are at home.

The room is initially available from mid-April until the current contract ends in July but with the option to renew.

The room itself is a furnished double with an ensuite and large window. We have a large and light kitchen/living/dining room. Bills come to around £100 per month, including a weekly cleaner.

The area is lovely and quiet with a few small shops and pubs nearby with both Little Venice and Notting Hill just a short walk away. The flat is about a 10 minute walk from both Maida Vale (Bakerloo) and Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City) tube stations as well being close to a bus stop.
