Living Room

I have a lovely bedroom available to rent for 3 months in Manor House (zone 2 north London, Piccadilly line).
I am subletting my room as because of the COVID19 emergency I have decided to go back to my home country for a couple of months.

The rooms is spacious and bright. The stay would be three months from now till September and we can be flexible on the specific dates.

The room come in a big three bedroom flat based on 3 floors, situated in a residential area. It has a double bed, desk with chair, and wardrobe.
There is one toilet and one bathroom (bath and sink) separated. There is also a massive beautiful living room ( furnished with sofa, armchairs and a big table) which is great for many indoor activities as yoga or other fitness stuff. There is as well a TV with Netflix included. The kitchen is small but fully equipped: toaster, microwave and a brand new cooker.

The flat is very close to any amenities you can think of: there is a massive Sainsbury’s at only 5 minutes walk, Tesco, barbers, gyms, Poundland, Sport Direct, pharmacies, Iceland, restaurants, cafes and so on.
Only 5 minutes away from Finsbury Park, a green area perfect for relaxing in the summery weather. This is all at a short walking distance so you have no worries about taking public transportation.

The flat is very close to the bus stop (2mins walk) where several bus pass by to take you in central London (i. e. 141 direct bus to London Bridge) (141, 29, 341) and Manor House Underground station (8mins walk) which is on the piccadilly line only one stop away from Finsbury Park (Victoria line) that takes you to Kings Cross station in 7 minutes.

The second room is used as a storage (no one lives in there) and the third room is occupied by a very friendly, sweet and respectful guy. He is Italian/English, he plays music and sings, a great company. He will be able to let you do the view, so that you will have the chance to have a look at the flat itself.

The rent for the room is £650 + bills. Couples are welcome with a small increase of the price.
