I have a double room for one person available in my newly renovated Victorian house. The house is clean, big and have a cozy living room, brand new kitchen and bathroom, and a nice garden.
The room is on the ground floor, bright with a lot of sunlight coming in, has a private TV, a bed frame with a lot of storage space and a comfy mattress.

The area is well served by public transport: you have East Ham (Tube), Manor Park (TFL Rail, you can be in Liverpool Street Station in 12 minutes) and Woodgrange Park (Overground) Station at walking distance.

Ideal for a working professional male/female who likes his/her own space but would also like to live with a friendly flatmate. The third room is occupied Monday to Friday by Tom, who works in London but lives up North.

All the bills, council tax, and unlimited SKY broadband included in the rent! Two months minimum stay.
