Luxury House Offers Temporary Double Room To Rent

Hello Everyone!

I am temporarily renting out my double bedroom due to force of circumstances that obligate me to spend couple of months in Italy.

Room availability is until the next 28th of March 2018. We are looking for someone who would potentially cover this bit of time although short let will be consider too (ideally minumum one month).

The house is literally 2 minutes walking from Manor Park station with trains going to Stratford in around 5 to 7 minutes and 15 minutes to Liverpool Street. Many stop buses on the high street too, 25 and 86 going all night long.

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed and half wardrobe available.

You will share the house with other two ladies, clean and tidy and we do expect to find someone respectful and tidy too.

The house is also fully furnished with a huge living room, kitchen, one toilet, one bathroom and garden.

Deposit is £260 and it will be given back to you on the day that you will leave the bedroom.

All bills are included:
- Council tax;
- Water;
- Electricity and Gas;
- Internet Connection.
