Hi all

My name is Paolo.
Me and my 2 beloved roomies, Alvaro and Maria are now looking to add a new member to our beautiful flatshare in East Marylebone! The room will be free the 15th of September and we are looking for someone who wants to stay long term.

NB: I will do viewing until monday or tuesday max, as I am travelling on Wednesday to the USA for a conference. Please feel free to send me messages in the meantime. Tell me about you, age, hobbies etc. if it vibes well with the guys I'll be happy to arrange a view!

Now, about the place:
First thing first the location is absolutley fantastic! We all work at a walking distance from home and we basically never need to commute during the working week. It is literally close to everything, 3 min walkig from both Oxford Circus and Bond Street, 5 mins from Soho, Fitzrovia and Mayfair. Does not get better than that really.
The flat is at the 3rd floor of a nice Period Mansion Block in Wigmore Street (no elevator, but stairs are great for cardio). There is a Waitrose 1 min away.

The room is a very decent size 1 bedroom ( I believe at least 16 sqm, maybe 18). It is partly furnished (1 queen size bed + a table, a chair and a chest of drawers will stay, while the picture instead has still the previous tenant belongings) and very bright and light.
It has a nice view on a large inner garden with a huge tree and It is the quietest place in the house. It is at the end of a corridor therefore it is a bit separated from the rest of the flat and very private.

Bills, internet (4G), cleaning lady for common rooms and council tax are included. For the area the room has really a great price! No really, I have lived in other rooms in the area and they are usually the size of a sardine box or they cost three times as much.

Floors in the rooms are linoleum (wood-like in the bedrooms, checks in the kitchen and bathrooms), there is carpet everywhere else.

The flat has no living room (common area is the kitchen) but it has 2 bathroom/toilets, a very big one that me Alvaro and Maria usually share together as it is next to our rooms, and a smaller one that is right next to yours, with his own shower, which would be used by you.
There is an ample eat in kitchen (oven, microwave and dishwasher) and a little laundry room with a washing machine and drier we all share.

About us:
We are all good friends in the house. Very laid back and no drama.

I am Italian, 32 yo. I work as a concept artist (digital illustrator) for the cinema industry. I am a fitness enthusiast and I love theater, cinema, watercolouring and urban sketching.
Alvaro and Maria are a Spanish couple living together in the biggest room of the house, right next to mine. They are in their late twenties and are the best roomies ever. They work in luxuries and both have a burning passion for arts (they are writers, painters and photographers).

We are all working a lot, so we are usually home quite late (me especially). Therefore we don't organise huge parties and stuff (there is no livingroom so it would be unpractical), just dinners with friends sometimes or we have friends/family visiting.
We all recycle and will expect you to do the same.
It is basically the only rule in the house (that and No cats or dogs).
Really we are quite laid back and are looking for normal people.

We don't really have a cleaning schedule but we try to leave to kitchen and bathroom the way we found it, so it all stays decent.
For the corridor, the bathroom and the kitchen, we have a cleaning lady, Shay, coming twice per month on Wednesdays (it would be more correct to say that she comes wherever she wants.. but well..)

Ideally we would give preference to a guy for the room, and someone our age, but this it is not 100% set in stone. Most important thing is the chemistry.
Even if there is no living room we like living together and we do not see this place as an hotel. We are reserved and like our privacy but are not cave bears either. Virtues lies somewhere in the unspecified middle .

The room is only for one person though and the price is 1100 all included.
