Small room available in lovely Marylebone flat

Hello,

We have a room available to rent in our Marylebone flat. It is the smallest room in the flat and our last flatmate was living here for over 3 years.

There's a massive living room and you'll be the sharing with 1 girl, Sofia (29) who works in M&A, and 2 guys, Rob (29) who is British and works in fintech, and Max (27) who is French-Canadian and works in M&A.

The flat is very well located between different tube stations - Marylebone, Baker Street, Edgware Road and March Arch tubes are all within 5-10 mins walk. The area is very chilled and quiet, with a big Waitrose nearby and lots of restaurants.

As mentioned, the flat itself has a big living room and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc). The bathroom is shared between 3 people (the second bathroom is part of an en-suite). The flat is located on the top (5th) floor (there's a lift). We also have a cleaner who comes in every week.

In terms of rent - it's £824 per month + bills (internet, heating, electricity, water, council tax, cleaner - which average £100 extra per month). We will sign a new contract and you will have to provide a work reference to the agency.

Moving in day is the end of October.
