Friendly house, very spacious room (3m x 5.5m), with comfortable double bed, very large living room spaces, on a very quiet road, terraced garden. The new tenancy starts on 14 August, but the rooms could be available earlier if that helps you.

You will be sharing with 2 other housemates (French and Latvian, 1 guy, 1 girl). It's actually a 5 bed house but we keep one room spare so you can have friends or family stay.

Only a few minutes walks from Marylebone station, Baker Street station, and Regent's Park, with numerous bus stops that connect you to everywhere in London.

Furnished with double bed, 2x wardrobes and desk. In your bathroom you have further storage You have whole floor to yourself, so very private.

£1093 per month
Second floor of the house. Bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.

Ground floor - Kitchen and terraced garden with bamboo, outdoor seating, fountain and BBQ.

1st floor - large dining room and living room. 2 of us currently use this as a home office. There’s certainly room for 2 more to join

Facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, storage

Minimum 6 month contract.
We have been here 4 years on a renewed contract with the agency (though people have changed in this time). We love the house and are pleased with the agency.
Bills are around £100-140/month (water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax etc). This includes a (very good!) cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.
