Double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat, sharing with one other person. The flat is 3 minutes from Marylebone station and on a lovely residential road. The bedroom is at the back of the building and is very quiet. The flat has just been refurbished so is comfortable and modern with underfloor heating that can be adjusted in your room to how you like it. All bills are included (inc wifi and a weekly cleaner).

A bit about me....I'm a female, professional, Londoner, 36. I like walking, food, gyming (occasionally) and am retraining to become a counsellor. I try to be a tidy and considerate flatmate. I go through periods of being quite sociable and other times not, but I'm likely to be out at least one night a week. It's quite a small flat so would be nice to have someone I'm friendly with but also maintain our own lives. I'm a consultant so when I'm not having a meeting I'll be working from home which can end up about 50% of the week so ideally you would be mostly office/site based so it doesn't get too crowded in the day.
