Share a 2 bed flat in Marylebone Village

I am looking for an interesting flatmate to share a 2-bed flat on the top floor of this terrace house. The flat has an amazing west facing lounge/dining room with open plan kitchen which is completely flooded with sun for the entire afternoon and evening. This is a real two bed flat, not like many of the other flats where an extra bedroom has been carved out of the living space and the only common area is a small kitchen....

The room available is part furnished with wardrobes and a really high quality double size mattress. The bed frame is being taken so pictures show the room without but with mattress to give idea of size. Room is also west facing with lots of sunlight in the afternoon / evening.
There is plenty of extra storage available in the hallway exclusive for this room and if needed even more available in the sofa in the lounge.

Kitchen includes all appliances (fridge, freezer, 2 ovens, dishwasher, washing machine). We have a hoover, iron, ironing board and lots of storage space around the flat. Cleaner visits weekly to clean the whole flat.

Because of lockdown, we temporarily reconfigured living room as part home office area (see photo).

The property is a small block of 5 flats and is really quiet and yet we are in the middle of the amazing vibe of Marylebone Village:

You will be sharing with me, I am a health entrepreneur into health and fitness, biohacking, tech. My workplace is within walking distance and I am often working there even during lockdown so if you need to work from home during the foreseeable future, you can enjoy our amazing living room. I am really busy both workwise and socially so I end up not being at home much and I like to keep the home space very quiet and tidy. I am looking forward however to having the occasional glass of wine and interesting conversation.

We have dozens of places to go out at our doorstep and Marylebone Village has an amazing energy! If you are the sort of person who likes to look after yourself, is into healthy living and is tidy then we will get along.

Bills (Council, SuperFast Broadband, Electricity, Water) come to £95 pp per month. Weekly cleaner is extra.

If you dont have all deposit money right now, it can be negotiated.

Landlord is very positive and extremely responsive to any issue and quality of service provided is fast and top notch. Regular upgrades are being provided to the property. Entrance, stairs, fire alarm system were recently upgraded just before lockdown.
