A room in our flatshare just opened! I’m moving out of this amazing flat on 5th of SEPTEMBER . I’m looking for a replacement for my room. YES it’s big, with huge windows, three wardrobes , bedside drawers, fridge , table & office chair.

In terms of the flat:

- A very well equipped kitchen: , washing machine, Dryer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, oven , huge fridge, plenty of storage.
- A really nice bathroom with shower and consistent hot water.
- For cleaning, we have a weekly rotation to clean the bathroom and everyone cleans up kitchen after use.

In terms of the area:
- access to 3 lines in total: District, Circle and Hammersmith and city Line Edgeware road station ( 2 min walk) and Bakerloo station ( 4 min walk) paddington station ( 10 min walk ) with direct trains to the Airport.
- M & S ( 2 min walk ) WAITROSE ( 4 min walk ) SAINSBURY ( 6 minutes walk ) many cafes, restaurants, shops, Ryman, Argos ( 6 mins walk )
- Hydepark is a walking distance, Marble Arch & Oxford Circus about 20 mins by bus
- there is a lot of restaurants and pubs around the area but also a Tesco Express.

Rent: £1,200 + bills ( electricity , council tax, gas, internet , all inclusive )

Deposit: has to be paid

The flat was renovated a few months ago and is in really good shape. It includes 4 bedrooms in total

Nice and peaceful housemates.
