I am renting out the spare bedroom in my beautiful Mayfair apartment. The apartment is above ground level and looks down onto Carrington Street, one of the quietest streets in exclusive Mayfair.
The building has a 24 hour porter which makes it very safe and great if you are having packages/mail delivered.
The location is exceptional. It is Zone 1, in the prestigious W1 postcode, and walking distance to practically everything, meaning public transport costs are eradicated if you work centrally. It is seconds from Hyde Park and Green Park, close to countless restaurants and bars, and the best retail shopping streets in London. It’s also easy walking distance to Berkley Square, Piccadilly, Leicester Square, China Town, Oxford Circus and Knightsbridge.
The closest tube stations are Green Park and Hyde Park station, Bond street station is just a few minutes further. Piccadilly street and Park Lane also have excellent bus services all over London, however with the weather getting warmer you'll probably find that you'd prefer to walk.

-No couples. The total household will only be three people (female only).
-No smokers.
-No pets.
-Currently we are two females in the other bedrooms. Both young professionals, 26-32 years old.

£1040.00 deposit required (this will be refunded when you move out, providing you give four weeks notice and have not damaged the property).
IMPORTANT:
-Available August 1st, for immediate move in. Will not be held until a later date unless paid for.
-You must attend an apartment viewing either virtually or in person (social distanced of course) as it is important that we feel we will get a long and enjoy living together.
-You must be able to provide photo ID, details of 2 referees (ideally at least 1 should be a landlord), and proof of employment and income.
