The house
It’s a lovely 4 bedroom house with a large living room kitchen combined with sky windows and a beautiful garden with a shed for extra storage.

1st floor - 2 double bedrooms, laundry room and shared bathroom
2nd floor - ensuite bedroom

The area
The house is in Gordondale road, 8min walk from both Earslfield and Wimbledon Park stations. This gives you the option to use either District Line and train to Central London. It’s 15min to Waterloo station from Earslfield by train. There’s a Sainsbury’s right by the house, local pubs and plenty of restaurants in Garrat Lane. It’s an upcoming area where you’ll find lots of young families and young professionals.

Housemates
Trilly is 30, English and works in recruitment. She has Gaston, a cat that lives in so you might want to take this into account if you have any allergies.
Elisabeth is 22 from Norway and is a musician, teaches music at a Norwegian primary school in Southfields.
Simona is 33, Czech and works in Marketing in the Putney.

You
You must be eligible to work and live in the UK for the next year, references (all these asked by Foxtons the agency)

Bills
This includes: Virgin TV, Water, Gas and Elec, Council Tax, weekly cleaner and basics like toilet paper, oil, hand wash, dishwasher products, bin bags etc.
