We have a double room available for one person in our 4 bedroom home in a very green and leafy area in Merton Park.
There is a shared living room, large kitchen with all the relevant appliances, a family bathroom with a bath and shower over head and a separate toilet.
Our garden is awesome and we also have a garage should you need to store a bike.
We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the communal areas. Someone who will fit in nicely and has a great sense of humour.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Morden station and 15 mins to Wimbledon station. The area is very green and peaceful and the are lots of parks to enjoy.
