The double room

I have a really nice single and double room to let in Merton, next to Wimbledon. Each available to let for one person.
The single room measures 7ft x 9ft (2 x 3m),
area 63 sq. ft (6 sq. m)
and the double room measures 10ft x 12ft (3 x 3.7m),
area 120 sq. ft (11 sq. m).

The house is fully furnished and is rather homely. I am a designer-maker and there are occasional improvements going on.

Lets are generally six-month terms. Shorter lets pro-rated accordingly.

There are shared amenities, including bath and shower, living room, kitchen, and gardens. The back garden catches the morning sun. The house features two Japanese-style washlet toilets separate from the bathroom.

There are excellent transport links. 5 min walk to the tram and bus, and 15 min to the tube. Attractions within walking distance include Morden Hall Park and Merton Abbey Mills with the beautiful water wheel.
