Double room with in house with big garden

My lovely flatmate is moving away, so there is a beautiful large, bright double room to rent in a two bedroom flat, located in a quiet area, close to the Raynes Park.

The room comes built in wardrobe and drawers but you need to supply your own bed. The room is really bright with a very big window. The house has the most stunning private garden and it is always a pleasure to have a meal there.

My name is Tuna and you will be sharing the flat with me. I study at Wimbledon College of Arts, (which is 10 minutes away by foot!!!!) and currently working.

I am looking for a responsible, honest, tidy and clean person that respects each others space.

Transport links:
- Raynes Park station (10min walk or 3 min by bus), 30 minutes to central London, trains every 5 minutes.
- Wimbledon station and town centre, 10min by bus, 20 walking (there is an amazing path beside the tracks that makes the walk worth it)
- The bills are not included. They are about 50 pounds each.
