Double Room + Office Space in Stunning House

I'm leaving this amazing house to move in with my boyfriend. It's a stunning 3 floor refurbished semi-detached house on a popular quiet residential road in Colliers Wood. 5 minute walk to Colliers Wood station (Northern line) and 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway. 5/10 minute walk to St George's hospital for anyone that works there.

It has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, easy to look after garden (artificial grass!) with a shed for bike storage, 2 bathrooms (one with bath/shower, one with shower only).

The bedroom is on the top floor at the back of the house so it's nice and quiet and gets lots of natural light. The room is part furnished - the bed can stay if you need one - I bought it new when I moved in last August. There's also a decent sized spare room which can be used as a WFH office or storage space. I've used it as an office and it's such a lovely room to work in - facing the garden and lots of natural light, I'll miss working there!

Theres lots of shops nearby - a Coop 2 minute walk, large retail park with tons of shops 10 minute walk away. Tooting is also on the doorstep with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs.

You'd be moving into the house with 3 great girls, all super chilled and easy to get on with, we have a great balance in the house of doing our own thing but when we're in we sometimes sit and watch TV/films together, sometimes cook and have dinner together and if hadn't been locked down probably would have gone out for a lot more drinks/dinners!

Really great private landlord.

We have a cleaner paid for by the landlord who comes fortnightly.

Bills are between £80-90/month.
