Pictures don't quite do the justice and the place looks much more spacious in real life.
It is about to look even nicer as I'm in the process of replacing floors and looking for new living room furniture.

Room
Large en-suite double with Windows facing south away from the street for a nice and quiet sleep. The room has a comfy double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a large built in mirror wardrobe. There is no desk currently but if you're WFH and you need one, there is certainly enough space for it

Flat
2 bedroom flat on a top (third) floor of a lovely apartment block. Quiet and friendly neighbours, secure access to the building, gated car park. There is a large open plan living room. Kitchen contains all appliances, including the dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. There is also a balcony.
I am currently redecorating and planning to replace all living room furniture to new and more stylish ones hence the old brown leather sofa in the pictures is not going to stay here for much longer. Bonus points for you if you have a good sense of style and can help me pick the new furniture :)

Area
Residential area with grocery shops nearby, as well as a couple of nice coffee shops / pubs. Easy access to Canary Wharf and the City. Canary Wharf is 30 min walk away (or a much quicker bus/bike ride), Devon's Road station less than 10 min walk, 15 min to Milė End and 20 min to Limehouse. It's ideal for cycling as it's only a short trip away from City / Shoreditch / Canary Wharf. There are a few Boris bike stations nearby as well as bike storage space. The area has lots of green spaces, around: Regents Canal, Limehouse Link and Mile End Park are all only a short walk away. Victoria Park is also closeby.

Me
I'm 31, female, work at a tech startup as a Financial Controller. I am currently working from home but I am hoping to start going to the office at least a few days a week towards the end of the year. I'm pretty tidy and like keeping the place nice. I spend most weekday evening at home / gym, cooking or watching a movie with most weekends out hanging out with friends / day trips. I am vegetarian in case you prefer a meat-free household, but I myself don't really care what you eat. I enjoy being social and looking for someone who would like to have a glass of wine or some food together once in a while, but I also have my own busy life and I am respectful to other people's own space.

T&C's
One month rent and one month deposit in advance.. I am open to short term lets, in which case we can discuss what the appropriate amounts would be. No minimum or maximum term, a monthly rolling agreement. I am flexible in terms of moving dates. The room is available now but a future moving date can be agreed.

House rules
I would like us both to feel like at home while making sure we are considerate to each other and maintain a nice place where we can both relax after a long day at work. There are no hard rules in the flat, more like common sense guidelines:
No late night parties (unless on a rare occasion and both agree in advance)
Dinner parties until 10pm or having friends over is welcome, as long as they don't hang out here daily.
Visitors are OK to stay overnight but have to be reasonable - i. e. no partners sleeping over 5 nights a week but 1-2 times is OK. Or if family come over, up to a week is OK but a month is not.
Keeping the communal spaces clean.
Between 10pm - 7 am is a quiet time
Pets are OK but they are your responsibility and at your cost if they ruin the furniture
No drugs or smoking in the flat
