Great location - 2 minutes walk to Mile End tube station, with great bus/tube links to the City/Canary Wharf/Stratford (all in 15mins), direct shuttle bus to Stansted Airport in 1hr 15minutes, and there's also a Santander Cycles bay just around the corner.

Good atmosphere around the area with Victoria Park, Regents Canal, Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Broadway Market, Westfield Stratford etc all approx 10-15mins away.

The room & flat is fully furnished, with all mod cons, separate bath/toilet, WiFi, and a cleaner who comes around fortnightly. All bills are included (inc. council tax).
