Double Room (Private Balcony!) Bethnal Green

As I am relocating within London i’m looking for a new tenant for my spacious room in Bethnal Green. It's very large, has a private balcony and a lovely faux fireplace.

THE AREA

The flat is located in between Bethnal Green and Stepney Green Station with a 5 minute walk to each of them. From there you have the Central and District line bringing you to central or west London as well as many busses connecting you to the rest of the city. There is a coop near by as well as many local supermarkets. Being located off the Main Street the flat benefits from being on a quite street while having many different bars and restaurants in walking distance.

THE FLAT

It's a very nice recently renovated flat with 4 rooms in total. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower in it. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, a new oven and hob, and a washing machine. There's a shared dining room area where you can watch Netflix and eat dinner. All bills are included! This includes water, council tax, internet and electricity/gas.

THE ROOM

It's a double bedroom with a double bed, a brand new desk, wardrobe and a wardrobe. The best part of the room is the private balcony where only you have access to! Each bedroom has its own key. The room is available immediately.

THE CURRENT FLATMATES

You'll live with 3 friendly students in their 20's. They are very friendly and open minded so I'm sure you'll get on very well. We all enjoy our privacy but also like to meet up in the shared area for a chat or a movie. You would share the flat with one British guy and 2 Bulgarian guys.
