I am sadly leaving my room as I will move with a friend. This is a nice 3 bed room house. The room on offer is the only one with access to the garden. All bills are included. Flatmates are respectful and keep themselves to themselves.
A well behaved dog is allowed. Ideally I would like someone to move around the 1st of April. The room has a different desk and some other things which I will take when I leave so it will be left as in the photographs.
