I am currently looking to replace a long term tenant of 5 years.

The primary En-suite room is now available. Currently a young Malaysian Male professional lives there he is super clean, friendly and excited to live in our city.

I would prefer to have a single housemate move in.

We have a separate living room/kitchen/diner for a place to hang out and chill!

The building is in the middle of a triangle in terms of transport; Limehouse to take you to Canary Wharf, Mile End for Central Line, Hammersmith and City Line and District Line and then Stepney Green all to the West End and City, all within 10 minutes walking distance (20 mins door-to-door to the city, 15 to Canary Wharf!!). Super highways everywhere for you keen-bean cyclers. Regents Canal is round the corner.

Fully furnished, Lidl and a big Sainsburys nearby.

I pay for a cleaner to come and clean the property once fortnightly. Times and dates are scheduled by the tenants.

My house is close to Shoreditch, Victoria Park and extremely well connected to the rest of London (the central line is 24hrs for the weekend)! Loads of pubs around, so much to explore in the East! Happy to take a call and wish you a successful house hunt!
