The room comes with a double bed and a good size single wardrobe with compartments. It will be available from the 5th of August and will be holding viewings and interviews from the 5th until the room is rented.

The room is available for single occupancy, no couples, please.

The rooms has double glazing and original wooden floors.

There is a communal kitchen with a new washing machine, microwave, toaster and table that sits up to 6, used for breakfast/dinner and the kitchen acts as the general hanging out area.

The flat is a 15 min walk from Mill Hill Broadway Station with fantastic and speedy links to Kings Cross, Blackfriars, Farringdon, City Thames Link and runs 24 hours a day thanks to direct links to Luton Airport.

It is also a 8-10 min bus ride from Hendon Central station which is on the Northern Line.

The main bus is the 113 which takes you directly to Central London, via Finchley Road, terminates at Oxford Circus and also has a 24 hour night bus service.

There are 2 big parks close to the flat. The closest is Sunny Hill Park and is a 5-minute walk and Mill Hill Park is a 10-minute walk away.

There is a newsagent across the road from the flat, good for basic shopping and topping up Oyster cards etc. There is a 24hr BP petrol station with a cashpoint and a selection of Marks and Spencer produce, all are 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Plenty of places to shop for food/groceries at Hendon Central including 24-hour international supermarket and Tesco Metro and many other smaller places. A 24 hour Tesco is also located on a 15 min bus ride from the flat, or 5 min bus ride from Hendon Central Station. For extra all round shopping, Brent Cross Shopping Centre is about a 10 minutes bus ride.

Good eating out places, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Italian, Brazilian etc and good small cafes and Natwest Bank. Camden is also 6 stops away from Hendon Central for those interested in a bigger night out.

Mill Hill Broadway offers a variety of cafes and eating places, Iceland and Marks and Spencer Supermarket, Boots, local Library and other smaller useful shops and stores. Banks available are Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, Halifax, and Lloyds. Sainsbury's supermarket and other shops and banks are located at Edgware, a 15-minute bus ride from the flat.
