Double room beautiful flat in Mill Hill Village

I am looking for a friendly female flatmate to share my flat in Mill Hill with.

The property is situated off the Rideway in a beautiful Victorian conversion; it benefits from two gardens at the front and rear of the property. It’s set within beautiful scenery so would be ideal for someone who wants greenery within a commutable distance to central London.

Mill Hill East station is reachable in 5 mins on the 240 bus or a 15-20 min walk from the flat. Mill Hill Broadway is a ten minute bus ride away. There is also covered parking at the flat so if you had a car you use this (I don’t have a car!). At peak times tubes run straight from Mill Hill to central London and at non-peak times you change at Finchley Central for tubes every 15 minutes.

The room itself is furnished with brand new furniture; a double bed, bedside table and three door wardrobe. The room has really high ceilings and large windows so benefits from great natural light.

There are two bathrooms in the flat (one is an ensuite off my room) so you would have the predominant use of the other bathroom. The kitchen has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher- there’s also plenty of cupboard space.

I’ve only recently moved into the flat but I’m having the flat repainted and carpeted throughout September before someone moves in. I also still need to get a dining room for the living room but I will arrange this before someone moves in!

I work in the West end as a surveyor; in my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, cooking, going to the theatre and watching trashy tv. I’m ideally looking for a friendly female flatmate who would be happy to have a natter over a glass of wine but equally is happy if we are sometimes ships in the night.

The rent is £675 pcm and then bills ontop which are £100 pcm. If you have any problems questions please let me know!
