I am looking for someone to replace me in this beautiful flat opposite of Mornington Crescent Station (I am moving out to live with my boyfriend). You would be taking over my spot in the tenancy agreement that ends in January 2020, and hopefully renewing the contract for the following year.

The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with a dining room, kitchen, separate living room with a small balcony that can be easily transformed to a guest room for friends, and one and a half baths (the half bath is yours!). It gets wonderful natural daylight with both bedrooms facing the street, YOUR bedroom is fully furnished and ready for you to fill with your clothes and decorations.

The location is superb, with a cornucopia of grocery stores within a 10 minute walking radius. This includes a 7-to-midnight Sainsbury's across the street, a Lidl, M&S, an ALDI's and a beautiful Whole Foods. Regent's Park and Primrose Hill are a quick 10 minute walk away. Mornington Crescent Station is literally across the street and Camden Station is about a 5 min walk giving us access to both branches of the Northern line if needed. King's Cross is less than a 15 min walk away.

A note from the current flatmate and who you'll be living with:

"I am a professional working close to London Bridge and am gone during the day. In the evening, I usually like to relax, watch some TV on our projector in the living room and cook. On the weekend, I try to go out and explore London, especially the food. But I also would not say no to the occasional weekday night out. I am usually calm and quiet, like a clean space free of too much clutter and nice and homey smells. I am looking for someone similar, to catch up with after a work day and really live together instead of co-habitating."
