I am currently living in the flat and I am looking for a replacement for my current flatmate who is planning to leave at the end of November due to changing circumstances. I am looking for a friendly tidy flatmate who is sociable but will also comply with local coronavirus restrictions.

Rent is £1,137.50 per calendar month (bills not included). With bills, the monthly payment works out to be around £1,250 per month. Rent is non negotiable.

The living room is an open-plan room with a fully equipped kitchen and also includes a TV and furniture. I have all TV apps such as:

There is a utility room with a bit of storage and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The flat also comes with underfloor heating.

Viewings will be conducted through video calls initially (in accordance with COVID safety procedures).
