I'm 29 and work for a Charity in Holborn, in my spare time I enjoy cooking, yoga and meeting new people. I'm looking for two new flatmates who are clean and tidy, easy going, friendly and up for a chat, but also respectful of others privacy.
The monthly rent on both rooms is £550, this includes heating and hot water, but excludes all other bills (which amount to £80-£100 per month). Both are relatively spacious, communal areas include a kitchen, sitting room, bathroom, additional loo and a small Garden.
The flat is well located, only five minutes walk to Mornington Crescent station and an eight minute walk to Camden Town station. A Wholefoods, big Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi and Marks and Spencer are all within walking distance.
The flat is owned by a private Landlord and has recently been refurbished.
