Room for Rent - Large Double Room in Mortlake/Barn

Large double room in maisonette. One other occupant, female (30s) and a small friendly cat. Im looking for someone clean and respectful.

I work in Sports TV and I’m happy to have the odd glass of wine in the evening or leave you to your own devices if you prefer!

Its a non smoking household but there is a garden if you do smoke. £500 monthly for 3 nights per week - £600 monthly for 4 nights per week (Monday to Friday). The room will be cleaned and bedding the will be changed for you weekly.

Alternatively I would consider a full time housemate for short term lets (up to 6 months). (£800 per month including all bills)

There is a living room which you are welcome to use and a large kitchen with all modern appliances.

Lovely location, local pubs and a small Sainsburys within a 5 minute walk. Right by the river thames. Less than 10 minute walk from two stations (Barnes Bridge and Mortlake) with frequent trains into Waterloo. There is also a bus which stops 200 yards away with a service every 5 minutes into Hammersmith. (15 mins on bus). Hammersmith is served by 4 tube lines and is 20 minutes into the centre of London
