Two spacious double rooms available in Mortlake in a professional and female friendly house share with free parking (no permit). There is also a lovely living room and a well maintained garden! The surrounding area is lovely and very safe. There is a bus stop 1 minute from the house, the Thames is a 5 minute walk and it’s a quiet location.

The house is spacious with plenty of storage space available in the bedrooms and in the rest of the house. There is plenty of natural light, even in winter.

Bedroom 1 is a large double ensuite (toilet, sink and shelving) with deep inbuilt cupboards and mirror. It’s light and airy, facing the front garden and parking. The bed and chest of draws can be sold with the room if required. Available from the end of January.

Bedroom 2 is a large double room with inbuilt cupboards, some of which can serve as book shelves. There is enough space to bring your own desk and there is a lot of light with the 2 windows facing the back garden. All the furniture is free with the room. Available now.

- Chiswick and Hammersmith are easily accessible via the bus stop close to the house
- Lots of buses going either to Central London or to Surrey are available on Upper Richmond Road (10 minute walk away)
- Richmond Park is easily accessible on foot
- The Thames River Path is a 5 minute walk away from the house
- There is a big Sainsbury’s 15 minute walk away and the Lidl at Shepherd’s Bush is easily accessible by bus

The housemate is absolutely lovely, when I moved in she made me feel very welcome. We’ve been on a lot of walks in Richmond Park. When things are open, she likes to go out for food and cocktails. She's also very good at baking and has been busy making her own cocktails during lockdown!
