Looking for tidy and respectful, professional people to share with. We generally keep to our own schedules, all being pretty busy, but on occasion do enjoy getting together for a meal or a drink and all very friendly and understanding! We clean up after ourselves and all contribute weekly to keeping the place clean.

Just a couple of minutes walk from Mortlake Station makes this an ideal location for commuting into London, very quick to get to Clapham Junction, Victoria, Vauxhall and Waterloo via train then tube from there.

The local high street full of nice small businesses with a friendly vibe and close to larger stores too. Also fantastic location in terms of nature and greenery as it's close to the river and Richmond Park.

The flat has a bright and welcoming feel in the living room and kitchen. Washing machine and dryer included. 2 fridges and an under the counter sized freezer.

Small balcony next to the kitchen which is lovely for one person to sit on when it's nice weather.
