and two trains links to city centre walking distance from the house
(Barnes Bridge - Mortlake Station).

-Lease is until 31st May 2022 but can be extended
-Rent is £720 (including Service charge pcm)
-Moving date can be flexible but ideally end of August.
-LBGT+ friendly household

Thames view from the living room and loads of green around and plenty of history:

-Olympic studios and Record stores walking distance.
- Loads of nice pubs and restaurants.
- Friendly area with a bulk shop just opened and delis where to buy proper food.
- Friendly Italians to live with that are always up to sharing food.
- You can cycle to the office if you are working in SW

· Big if not huge compared to London standards
· Can fit a desk to WFH
· the wardrobe is massive and there is plenty of storage everywhere for whatever you want to store
· Not noisy at night
· Nicest landlord on earth that fix everything in a jiff

· Dishwasher
· Huge kitchen and separate living room also big
· Loads of art around and plants
