There is a lovely double bedroom to rent in our flat in Mudchute at an AMAZING PRICE for the location. The location is perfect! It is a 7 min walk from Mudchute DLR station, 2 min walk from the closest bus stop which can take you to Canary Wharf in 10 min. It has very good connections and frequent busses. During weekends you can easily travel via the jubilee line and night buses straight to your home. It is also a few minutes walk from the riverside and it is a perfect location for jogs and bike rides. There's Santander city bikes near us as well. It is close to an ASDA and a Tesco express, but we also have a corner shop 2 min away. Plus, it is a relatively safe area, compared to many other London places I lived in.

All bills included! During winter, our apartment is very warm and cozy. We never had issues with heating or hot water. The agency is lovely and small, so they can manage us better. You only need to pay deposit and first month rent with no extra fees.

I work in the creative industry, for a media agency. I like to have the occasional chats with my housemates in the kitchen (there is no living room to chill), sometimes cook, listen to music and help each other out with anything if needed. We share all kitchen utensil as well. The place does feel more like a home, not a rental place where you don't know who you live with, so we would like to keep the same vibe. We are open to vegans (though note it is not a fully vegan house), LGBT and basically anyone as long as you are a respectful and clean person. It is a very clean house and we all contribute to maintaining it equally. We are looking for a friendly person, who is clean and tidy and who wants to stay for a minimum of 6 months. Ahhh what else can I say?

If you really want to see the room in person before paying (after deciding you are taking it but want to make sure), I can do a viewing in person with the right PPE!
