The Room

A very large double room available in a bright and airy three bedroom flat on the third floor of a small purpose built block in Muswell Hill . The room has a feature fireplace and is big enough to fit a desk and sofa as well as the usual bedroom furniture. The flat is well kept and designed, with a kitchen, separate dining room, small lounge and bathroom with separate toilet. We also have access to a shared garden. It is a really lovely flat so we would really like to stay and find a new flatmate to share it with. We are both busy and creative professionals who work full time, we enjoy cooking, baking and reading and like to treat the flat as our home.

The room is officially unfurnished but Rich is looking to sell the furniture shown in the photographs.

The flat is located in central Muswell Hill, two minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs on Muswell Hill Broadway and Alexandra Palace and park is also within walking distance. It also has good transport links nearby including East Finchley Underground Station (Northern Line) which is a short 10-15 min walk, or 5 mins on the bus. Also well located for buses to central London, Finsbury Park Underground Station (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line and National Rail) and Crouch Hill Overground.

The rent is £600pcm not including bills. We pay £110 a month for bills which includes all utilities, internet and cleaning supplies.

The flat is available from the 7th September.
