The room:
This sweet room comprises of a single bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

You will have use of the main bathroom to the house which has a bath, over shower sink and toilet; shared by two other housemates
- bills are detailed below and come in at roughly £100pcm which makes rent and bills 500pcm.

The house:
Our period house is on a quiet residential street in Muswell hill a short walk from Highgate tube station which makes it perfect for commuting into the city. All bedrooms are located on the first floor whilst the open plan communal area is in our large bright attic space, including the kitchen/ diner and lounge area. This space also has double doors to the back opening onto a balcony overlooking Queen's wood, with fantastic views across London and nearby Alexandra Palace.

The housemates and bills:
You will be one of four housemates in total; we are all London professionals between aged between 26 and 38. We all have professional careers and are saving hard for our own places. We like a tidy, quiet house. Bills are organised by the housemates on fixed rate no and are spilt evenly, no quibbles at just under 100pcm. We respect each other’s privacy and quiet but are also very friendly and sociable.

The house would suit a London career professional so if you’re looking for a quiet house and a good night's sleep this is the place for you! - it's not a party house and wouldn't suit shifts or starts before 6:30am.

References and proof of income will be required for the landlord.

Transport and the area:
Either a short bus ride from the end of the road or a short walk will take you to Highgate station where the northern line will get you into either Bank in 23 minutes or Tottenham court road in 16.

The 134 bus at the end of the road will take you to North Finchley or Tottenham court road (and Muswell Hill in a couple of minutes). From there bus links also take you to many areas including crouch end (which is also walking distance from the house) Muswell Hill has some great restaurants, shops, an Everyman cinema and Time Out’s best cheese and fish and chip shops in London!

The area is fantastic for walking and jogging; Queens wood is at the back of the house and Alexandra Palace farmers market is just a few minutes walk away, selling delicious produce and local brews. Highgate woods and village are close with Hampstead heath accessible in highgate.
