Large double room in Muswell Hill (N10)

Hi all,

I have one room currently available in a redecorated garden flat in Muswell Hill, North London, for women preferably.

There are 24 hour bus and tube links into London (night tube at the weekend too), and the flat is on a lovely quiet street within walking distance of both Alexandra Palace Park and Highgate Woods.

You would be sharing with myself, my lovely cat Mowgli and another lovely lady. The bathroom and loo are separate (which come in super handy!) and the room is a very large double.

Have super fast internet and the garden is wonderfully big with a hammock, apple tree, and washing line. The garden also backs off onto the park, so it's nice and quiet to relax in.

I normally work full time (currently furloughed) and enjoy being able to come home and share a cup of tea and a chat, but also enjoy my privacy. I am looking for someone who will be respectful and enjoy where they live and accept those looking for a short term let. International students welcome.

Muswell Hill broadway is a couple of minutes walk away with some lovely restaurants, a great fish and chip shop, library, cinema , supermarkets and close to hampstead heath, Highgate Wood and alexandra Palace.

The room available is rented with bills included (internet, council tax, water, gas and electric). The room is £750p/m and deposit is £400 rented out for short term lets from either 1 - 6 months, and with the possibility of extension.
