Light and spacious room with good sized ensuite in Muswell Hill, N10 1PA. Available 1st July but flexible if needing to move in earlier. Bills currently around £60 per person per month (subject to change).

The flat is furnished and the room has the option of being part-furnished, as there are two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a side table left by our previous flatmates available for free if you would like them. (They can be removed otherwise.)

The shared living space is a large open plan kitchen and living room, with modern kitchen and dining table. The living room opens on to a private balcony with outdoor seating, and stairs down to the garden, shared with one other flat. There is free street parking at the front.

The flat is a 15-20 minute walk to East Finchley and Highgate tube stations, and a 5 minute walk to Muswell Hill Broadway bus stop, shops and restaurants. The area is quiet and residential, in easy walking distance of green spaces such as Highgate Wood and Alexandra Palace.

About us:
There are three of us who are staying in the flat. Morgan and Kat share one room- Kat works in science education, and Morgan works in theatre. Matt is in the other room and works in advertising. We're a pretty quiet house and enjoy film nights and hanging out playing video and board games.

We are looking for a friendly and clean couple or person. We are all vegetarian/vegan but don't mind if you aren't.
