Double Room In Beautiful Flat

Hi,

We have a large doublebed room to offer from 20th October. The rent is 640£ per month including all bills and Council Tax plus a refundable deposit of six weeks rent.

The room has a comfortable double bed, built in wardrobe, a desk, sofa chair, and mirror. The space is well organised and functional with a big window and high ceilings.

The flat has three bedrooms and one big livingroom and balcony.
It has very high ceilings with lots of sunlight and a very nice atmosphere, especially nice in spring/summer.

We are all early 30s, myself and a girl and guy working in medical, engineering and architecture field.

We are looking for a friendly and open person who would like to join in and share some free time together at dinner or drinks from time to time, has a friendly attitude and naturally participates in the household.
We have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and are looking for a genuinely nice person to eventually join our flatshare.

Someone who is looking for a home rather than a bed, as this is a great little place. :-)

The public transport connections are very good and it's easy to get around by taking either the Northern line (Highgate/East Finchley) or Picadilly and Victoria (Bounds Green/change Finsbury Park) line or even the fast train from Alexandra Palace station which takes ~20min to Moorgate.

There are many shops&boutique cinema close by, nice restaurants and cafes and a golfcourse basically around the corner.

There is free parking in the area which might suit someone working north of London connecting to the north circular motorway.
