Room: Sunny double room with three windows. Furnished with double bed (new mattress), wooden wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Shared bathroom, large kitchen and living room.

House: Our house is calm, spacious, welcoming and relaxed. We have a lovely garden backing on to allotments, and a conservatory full of plants you’re bound to enjoy. We are vegetarian/vegan, and LGBT+ friendly. In terms of accessibility, we have 3 steps up to the house and the bedroom is on the first floor.

People: You'll be sharing the house with two others: me, a green fingered woman in her 60s who works part time locally and a man in his early 30s who works in creative / third sector. Looking for someone considerate, warm-heated and easy-going!

Local area and Transport links: There are two inner-city ancient woodlands within walking distance. Buses from the end of the road (134, 43) run 24 hours and go right into the city centre. The nearest stations are Highgate, East Finchley and Alexandra Palace. Easy connection by 24 hour bus to the night tube at Finsbury Park on Friday/Saturday nights too.
