Hiya! I am looking for someone to take over my double room in a flat in the heart of Muswell Hill. We are looking for a professional female ideally in their 20s/30s. Current flatmates are really chilled and friendly and work together to live in a tidy and peaceful environment.

The flat itself is above a shop on the Broadway in the heart of Muswell Hill - meaning everything is pretty much on your doorstep. There is a big Sainsburys 5 minutes away, M&S food is 2 minutes away and Little Waitrose is about 30 seconds away... The area also includes several gym studios, a pharmacy and loads of great local restaurants.

The flat is 10-15 minutes to Highgate tube station (Northern line) or Bounds Green station (Piccadilly line) or 20 minutes by bus to Finsbury Park station (Victoria line). The area is very well connected and served by several bus routes (W7, 144, 102, 134, 43).

The landlord is very kind and will fix problems very quickly. I have not included a photo of the bathroom as it is about to be renovated and there will be a new one coming very soon (it was meant to be April but covid-19 has put it on delay.)
