I have been living in the flat for 2 years, its modern, a cleaner comes once a week currently. There is Alexandra park and Highgate within a few minutes walk.
There are great local restaurants in every direction. Public transport is easy to access. There are multiple gyms within walking distance. Parking is outside the property.
The flat is made up for 3 bedrooms but I currently use the upstair 2 rooms and there is an ensuite and bedroom with build in cupboards and draws. There is nice garden view from the window. Its a great room and the central heating and shower benefit from a new combi boiler (instant hot water).
As the other flat mate I usually (pre covid) travel and work a lot. Please feel free to contact me as very open to a good flat mate and can try to accommodate people as much as possible.
