The apartment is available on 14 December 2020.

I am looking for 3 professionals to share on 1 tenancy agreement (not single room contracts). If all 3 people know each other before hand then great, 3 unrelated people is also fine.

The apartment is part of Woodside Mansions, a group of 29 Collins build apartments on the corner of Tetherdown, Fortis Green, Fortis Green Road and Queens Avenue.

All the rooms are very large and easily double bed size with room for other furniture (sofa etc). You have to see it to actually understand you can get this much room in London! The room also over looks the communal gardens of the flat - so is lovely and quiet with loads of natural window light.

The rooms come unfurnished.

The flat has been painted and been given new carpets fitted this year so makes the house feel really light and homely. There is secondary glazing to keep the apartment snug.

The apartment is 2/5 min walk to Sainsbury's/ planet organic, Everyman cinema and all the amenities of Muswell Hill Broadway - 10 mins to Ally pally. Lots of transport links to both Highgate Station and East Finchley station. It is a great area to live in, just off the highstreet so loads of cafes, charity shops and one of the best Spoons in London. There is a Pure Gym 5 mins down the street too.

There is free parking on the side roads but also have the opportunity to get permits for 60 per year.

There is a washer /tumble dryer, oven, hob, fridge freezer.
