Double room in a calm, friendly North London flat

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely flat share next to Muswell Hill, North London.
It's an incredible place to live and a really unique find for London renting. Muswell Hill Broadway is a few minutes away with all its cafés and shops. Alexandra Palace&Park is literally around the corner (3mins) with incredible view to the city.

The flat is managed by an agency who spend a great deal of care looking after it - they’re brilliant with any issues that need addressing. There’s no dodgy landlord.
They would require a months' notice before the 16th December move in date so that they can amend the contract with your name on it.
The agency requires 6 months upfront payment but it's negotiable to 4 months upfront.

Your bedroom faces to the street and you’ll share the bathroom with us. There’s a really spacious built-in wardrobe and the current occupier is leaving the bed (for purchase) and table if you wish to keep it.

About us:

We’re Marcell and Janka, both in our mid-twenties.
Marcell is studying graduate diploma in fashion at UAL, Janka is currently working part-time and hopefully will go full time as an architect soon.

The house is very relaxed and calm - and it’s really important to us that we retain that atmosphere. We spend a lot of time doing our own thing, but do come together for a night out or dinner every so often. We’re definitely not a party house and tend to do most of our partying away from the flat.
It’s important you are LGBTQ+ friendly.

The boring bit:

The rent is £645 per month.
Bills come around £100 each per month (in the winter) - this is including everything: council tax, gas & electricity, water and internet.
