Double room in leafy Muswell Hill

Small, but lovely single room in a big house in Muswell Hill. We are a friendly house share made up of three women, one man and a dog (2+dog are Canadian, a Swede and a Turkish) . The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a large kitchen, living room, garden and a modest conservatory. The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and sink. 3 of the housemates currently living at the house have been here for between 3-8 years, and ones fairly new. Ideally looking for someone to treat the house as a home.

It's less than a 5 minute walk to the Broadway and all local amenities. Good transport to central, with local busses going direct to either Finsbury park or Highgate. There are two local parks within walking distance (Alexandra Palace and Highgate Woods)

We are all friends in the house and often chat/have movie nights (don’t mind a pub quiz every now and then as well), but are still respectful of each others space.

Added bills include: gas/electric, wifi (£7), and council tax (£60) every month, and the water bill is quarterly.

We are looking for someone clean, laidback, and friendly (please no door slammers).
