2 Double rooms available in Muswell Hill

Hello.

We have 2 Double Bedrooms with a double bed (bedding not included), desk, chair, shelves, wardrobe, and anything else needed can be added.

There will be three of us in the house when all the rooms are filled.
I work in music industry and often away for a while on tour.
The atmosphere in the flat is pretty relaxed and I'm pretty chilled.

The first room in the flat costs £680 per month, it's available from 10th of February and the other one costs £620 per month, it's available now.
The both cost includes all the bills.

To share, we have a large living room, nice size kitchen, bathroom with toilet and separate toilet between 3 people. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, various coffee machines and a well stocked kitchen with a gas cooker. All appliances are relatively new and the whole flat was renovated two years ago. The main bathroom has a towel heater, full length mirror, and a large bath and shower, as well as a shelf and baskets for all toiletries.

I'm looking for a polite, clean, tidy person who can respect and be fair to others.

Smoking is allowed, but on the balcony only. There's also a free parking space if you have a car.

There are 134 & 43 buses in front of the flat running 24 hours and the travel time to zone 1 is about 45 mins.

It's also 10/15 min by bus to Highgate station and the northern line can get you into the city quickly.
It's a 5min walk to massive Tesco (24hours). There are pubs, coffee shops, bakeries and corner shops within 5min walk and muswell hill and Alexandra Palace are about 5 mins away on the bus.
