We have a large double room available which would ideally suit a female working professional.

You would be sharing the 3 bed flat with 2 other females - (British/ Australian) - working within the NHS and also studying Human Rights law at UCL.

We are ideally looking for someone who is friendly, very clean, independent and who doesn't mind living with a cat.

The spacious flat has recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard and includes a very modern communal living/dining room, office, kitchen, new washing machine and bathroom.

It is located on a very peaceful street and is a five minute walk from the Muswell Hill Broadway. Transport links include buses 134, 102, 43, W7 and both Highgate tube station and Bounds Green tube station are only a 5-10 minute bus ride away or alternatively, a 15-20 minute walk.

There is Wi-Fi available as well as a small patio outside and steps leading down to the back garden where there is plenty of sunshine, flowers, fairy lights and space to relax. Highgate Woods and Alexandra Palace are also only a short walking distance away.

The rent is £850 for the large room - per calendar month.

Other bills include council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband, are usually altogether around £100-£150 extra a month.
