Spacious double room in a friendly household!

Spacious, bright double room in a 3 bedroom house with a large garden in Muswell Hill.

I am a business operations professional and the current tenant. It would be lovely to have a new housemate as the house is too big for one person.
I am looking for someone (or a couple), conscientious, clean and friendly who loves animals as I have a cat who loves human attention. (Vet nurses get extra points ;-))

The room is on the ground floor and has got direct access to the garden and beautiful fireplace. It is part furnished: bed, cupboard and book shelf but the furniture can be removed. There is direct Sky connection in the room and TV and wifi. The house has got a lovely big living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a study which is now used as a storage/ walk in wardrobe. My room is located on the top floor hence there will be a lot of space and privacy.

The house is located on a peaceful road and there is parking space in front on the house for 2 cars. The buses 134 (Tottenham Court Road) and 43 (Old Street) are 5 min walk and take you to central London or drop you off at Highgate Station for Northern line. The bus 234 is 3 min walk and takes you straight to East Finchely Station (Northern line) and it's pretty much door to door service. You can also take bus 102 to Bounds Green station for Piccadilly line. Plenty of public transport. The Muswell Hill Broadway is 15 min walk away and has got gyms, M&S, Organic Shop, Sainsbury's and loads of small cafes and a Cinema. The area is lovely, close to Alexandra Palace.

I can show room most evenings and on weekends.
