The room has a king size bed, bed side table, chest of drawer, desk, chair, mirror and two very large wardrobes. This room has massive storage space.

The rooms have an antenna to connect a TV if you want to bring your own TV.

The kitchen has standard kitchen appliances, microwave, 3 large fridge freezer, washing machine, and dining table. The kitchen has access to the rear private garden for the use of the house tenants.

There are 3 shower rooms, and a total of 3 toilets.

The house is connected to fibre optic broadband.

A cleaner comes every week to clean the communal areas (kitchen, toilets, showers, stairs).

Couples are welcome (supplement of £50 per month applies). Energy bill shared.

The house is a few minutes’ walk from the shops and amenities of Neasden Lane with Tesco Express, Way to Save, Costa Coffee and a large selection of other shops.

The nearest tube station is
Neasden (just over 10mins walk) on the Jubilee line (24h service). Neasden to Piccadilly train journey is 27mins.

Bus N98 comes to London Lane from the West End and from Oxford Street.
332 bus to Brondesbury station, and to Kilburn, Edwards Road, Paddington.
