Modern Double Room in New Cross New Build
A modern new build apartment in the heart of New Cross.
There’s a lovely spacious open plan kitchen and living room area. My bedroom is ensuite, however the bedroom for rent isn’t, but it does have its own large private bathroom with a bath and shower. The balcony area is large and has amazing views of London.
The building is well managed. For example the apartment office will take delivery of deliveries and they are always on hand to deal with any maintenance issues.
There is a secure bike store and secure parking is available if you have a car.
Bills are not included but they are reasonable as it’s a new build apartment and fairly energy efficient.
The flat is partly furnished. There is some limited room for more furniture if you have any to bring.
Ideally I’m looking for for someone that will stay for a minimum 6 months, however I might consider someone for a shorter time period than that.
I might consider a couple for a higher rent rate. Get in touch if you want to discuss that option.
I’m a teacher, 33, male and gay. I'm originally from Yorkshire but I’ve lived in London since 2012. I’m a fairly typical ageing millennial i. e. I’m fairly social at the weekend but I’m usually really busy during the week with work. I wake up fairly early for work. I’m ideally looking for someone that has a similar work routine but that’s not essential.
I have a house cat so it’s important you are happy to live with one. She’s really friendly and if you are a car fan you’d soon be best mates.
I am happy to be fairly flexible on moving in dates. Anytime in the first two weeks of October could work.
